We’re excited about our transition to the Glue Up platform, designed to provide a seamless experience for our members. Below are answers to common questions to help you navigate the change. For additional assistance, contact Member Services at memberservices@teaconnect.org.
 


 

 1. Why are we transitioning to Glue Up?

The Glue Up platform allows for streamlined membership management, easier event registration, and enhanced member engagement. It’s a step forward in improving how we serve our members.
 



 2. How do I reset my password?

If you’re unable to log in, follow these steps:

  1. Save no-reply@glueup.com to your safe sender list to ensure you receive emails.
  2. Visit the homepage of our website: teaconnect.org.
  3. Click Log In in the top right corner.
  4. Select Forgot Password.
  5. Enter the email linked to your account.
  6. Check your inbox and spam folder for the password reset email.
  7. Follow the instructions to reset your password.

Important: Your credentials from the old system will not work. To access the Glue Up platform, you must have set up your member profile and login credentials through the invitation email sent last week. If you did not receive this email, contact us at memberservices@teaconnect.org.
 


 
3. What if I don’t receive the password reset email?

Ensure you’ve added no-reply@glueup.com to your safe sender list and check your spam folder. If you still don’t receive the email, please contact us at memberservices@teaconnect.org.
 



 4. Will all my previous information be available on Glue Up?

Yes! Your membership data has been securely transferred to the new platform. Once you log in, you’ll see your profile and other key details.

 


 
5. How do I set up my member profile if I missed the invitation email?

If you didn’t receive the invitation to join the Glue Up platform, contact Member Services at memberservices@teaconnect.org, and we’ll resend it.

 



 6. Can I register for events and renew my membership through Glue Up?

Absolutely! The new platform allows you to easily register for events, manage your membership, and access other member-exclusive benefits.
